The 60k maintenance in the tech section gives a great step by step walk through. The only tip I can think of thats not mentioned in the article:Don't pry against the oil pump to get the crank sprocket off! I tried this and ended up warping my oil pump, cracking the gasket, which caused an oil leak from behind the crank seal. I must have replaced that seal atleast 4 times before I finally realized I needed to replace the oil pump. Instead, buy a small puller and grind the teeth down enough to fit behind the sprocket. This prevents any damage to the crank and oil pump, and I was able to pull mine off without damaging the sprocket. Oh, and take your time and make SURE the tensioner is set correctly. Poorly set tensioners can mean an early failure of the upper timing belt idler stud. If you have any other trouble, just post about it. People are always willing to help around here. Jack H '92 n/a
